DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA
Items purchased on Topdiamonds.online are delivered free of charge throughout the territory of Lithuania. Delivery usually takes 10–14 working days from the payment of the order. In some cases, delivery may take longer – in this case, we will contact you regarding the exact delivery time. The goods are delivered to the address you specified, and if you wish for a specific person to receive the order, this must be indicated when placing the order.
All items are packed in safe and representative packaging – ideally suited for a gift. During transit, the goods are insured at our expense, so you can be calm about their safety.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE LITHUANIA
Items are delivered to European Union countries for a fee of 40 EUR. The delivery period is 3–5 working days from the dispatch of the shipment. For delivery to countries outside the EU, we invite you to contact us – we will provide individual delivery conditions and price.
ITEM COLLECTION
Items can also be collected directly at our partners’ jewellery salon in Vilnius, at the address Pamėnkalnio g. 5, Vilnius. For collection, it is necessary to contact us in advance by phone +370 (679) 50 000 or by email [email protected] to arrange a time.
RETURNS
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with the purchased jewellery piece. If for any reason you would like to return the item, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the day of receiving the item.
Before returning the item, it is necessary to contact us by email [email protected] or by phone +370 (679) 50 000 to receive a return code and instructions. Upon receiving the item, it is checked by our quality specialist within 5 working days. If the item is undamaged, the money is refunded within 3 working days.
IMPORTANT! Returned items must be:
• Unworn, undamaged, unmodified;
• With original packaging, labels and quality certificate.
Items made to order are not returnable.
When returning the shipment, please do not indicate the words “jewellery” or others that may reveal the value of the shipment.
Out-of-court disputes are settled by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt), at the address Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius. You can also submit a complaint through the European Consumer platform.
