Why should you use it?
A gold or red thread bracelet with a diamond must look elegant and sit comfortably. If a new bracelet is too tight or, conversely, slips on your wrist, take advantage of our free length alteration guarantee. During the first 60 days from purchase, we can shorten any bracelet completely free of charge. We adjust the length by removing or changing links so that the jewellery piece does not lose its symmetry and durability.
When does lengthening cost?
In order to lengthen a bracelet, additional gold or diamonds are needed, therefore a symbolic fee for materials and labour applies. The exact price depends on the weight of the added segment and the complexity of the weave; we always provide a clear estimate and timeframe before the work.
Thread bracelets – we change the thread for free
Thread bracelets naturally wear out faster than metal ones. If the red thread becomes fluffy or loses its colour during the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one free of charge. The diamond and the gold detail will remain the same – we will only renew the thread and the knot.
How does the service work?
- Send or bring the bracelet with the purchase document.
- The jeweller measures the wrist and checks the clasp. Comfortable length = wrist circumference + 1 cm.
- Shortening – we remove the links (or shorten the thread) and renew the polishing. The service takes 2–5 working days.
- Lengthening – we add an identical chain segment or a diamond block; the work may take 3–5 days.
- At the same time, we perform a free safety check: clasp, soldering seams, diamond settings.
What bracelets do we accept?
- Gold bracelets with diamonds – tennis, rolo, figaro, pigtail weaves.
- Men’s gold bracelets – 20–23 cm, anchor or curb.
- Thread bracelets with a diamond – for women, men and children.
Frequently asked questions
Will the service affect the quality of the diamonds? No – before soldering, we cover the diamonds with a protective layer, and after the work, we clean the jewellery piece from residues in an ultrasonic bath.
What to do if the bracelet was repaired elsewhere? The guarantee is valid only for a product of original construction. If a third-party craftsman has already made changes, we can offer a paid alteration.
Do I need to book in advance? No, you do not need to, for your convenience you can contact us by phone.
