Items purchased on Topdiamonds.online<\/a> are delivered free of charge throughout the territory of Lithuania. Delivery usually takes 10\u201314 working days from the payment of the order. In some cases, delivery may take longer \u2013 in this case, we will contact you regarding the exact delivery time. The goods are delivered to the address you specified, and if you wish for a specific person to receive the order, this must be indicated when placing the order.<\/p>\n

All items are packed in safe and representative packaging \u2013 ideally suited for a gift. During transit, the goods are insured at our expense, so you can be calm about their safety.<\/p>\n

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with the purchased jewellery piece. If for any reason you would like to return the item, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the day of receiving the item.<\/p>\n

Before returning the item, it is necessary to contact us by email info@topdiamonds.online<\/a> or by phone +370 (679) 50 000<\/a> to receive a return code and instructions. Upon receiving the item, it is checked by our quality specialist within 5 working days. If the item is undamaged, the money is refunded within 3 working days.<\/p>\n
